We understand that selecting a personal service and/or cleaning service provider means inviting someone new into your home. We hope the information below will put your mind at ease and encourage you to make the call for an appointment.

Founded in 2010 by a team of Professional Butlers we understand that your home is your sanctuary and we treat it with the utmost respect. From taking our time when dusting precious valuables, to ensuring only the right cleaning agents are utilized on quality surfaces...we are professionals in everything we do.

Our standards are very high and recruit only those who can excel within these standards. Below are some of our selection and training processes.

  • Every member of our team has passed a rigid background investigation and security validation. We also employ random drug testing and screening procedures.
  • Every member has signed a Life-Time Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect your privacy...forever.
  • Every member has received weeks of training prior to rendering services in your home.
  • Every member has agreed to follow our Rules of Conduct which include the following:
  • No cell phones permitted within your home.
  • No smoking or use of any tobacco product within your home.
  • No radio or IPod usage within your home.

We hope to earn your trust in the near future.



Our Offices

White Glove Services offices are located at 340 1st Street South, Winter Haven, FL 33880. The ideal setting for recruiting Butlers for Private Service Placement, training Butlers and Resort Staff and operating both Residential and Commercial Services.

Our Founder

A seasoned corporate professional, Ms. Einmo spent the last 25 years working for Fortune 100 companies as Director of Finance, Corporate CFO, Deputy Program Manager and finally a Consultant. After spending three years in Iraq, she returned to the states and authored her first book entitled Selling to Uncle Sam – A Small Business Guide, followed by Don’t Bid! Insider secrets for small businesses to benefit from government spending. These books introduced small business owners to the concepts needed to land lucrative government contracts. As a result, in 2010 her hometown inducted her into the Hall of Fame for her business and corporate accomplishments.

Living overseas for over ten years whetted her appetite for superior personal services. Having Butlers in India, Thailand and Kuwait made her realize how important these service professionals were in the life of a busy executive or entrepreneur.

Butler Certification
Travelling to Australia for Butler and House Manager training, her certification landed her a position in Costa Rica to manage construction and budgetary issues, a perfect blend of hospitality and management. Shortly thereafter she decided the availability of professional Butlers was a function that Central Florida badly needed and launched White Glove Services in 2009.

Butler Recruitment & Training
Recruiting other Butlers from around the globe, White Glove Services offers Butlers On Call, Private Placement of Butlers and Estate Managers, and training to existing staff in private homes or in the resort arena. With the opening of the American Butler School we now have the facility to provide continuing training and education to both the Private Service arena and to local residents who wish to learn.
